Kimberly Hosley
Kim Hosley is in her sixth year of teaching Preschool. Prior to that she was the Preschool paraprofessional for two years. Mrs. Hosley attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts(formerly North Adams State College). In February 2010 she completed her Language and Literacy Masters Degree from Simmons College. She lives in Cheshire with her husband and two children.
She teaches a unique, multicultural enrichment program using multiple intelligences. Throughout the calendar year the children go on a “field trip” around the world making stops at each continent. The travel experiences are enhanced by crafts, language, music and cooking foods indigenous of the country being visited. The school year culminates with a family “Ethnic Fair” celebrating the travels the children have experienced throughout the year. Families experience the costumes, artifacts and foods that the children encountered throughout their studies.
