1. Anyone who wishes to show their support for the Red Sox are invited to wear t-shirts and jerseys to school tomorrow. GO SOX!
2. Our Halloween party begins tomorrow at 2 p.m. with a costume parade through the upper school. The fourth grade has learned the choreography to Michael Jackson’s Thriller, and they will entertain us for a short time before we head to the classroom for treats. Students should bring their costumes to school. They’ll have an opportunity to change before the parade.
3. Parent-Teacher Conferences are next week. Please call the office to set up an appointment.
4. Friday is a professional development day for teachers. No school!
5. The RCS Craft Fair is on Saturday and I hope everyone has a chance to stop by! There are still volunteer opportunities available. Contact binkyd@gmail.com for more information.

3. The PTO is looking for volunteers for the upcoming Craft Fair. This is our biggest event of the year. Even if you only have an hour or two to help, we need you! Contact Bianca at binkyd@gmail.com for more information.
4. Each class is putting together a gift basket for the silent auction at the Craft Fair. The theme for the third grade basket is Game Night. If each family donates a new (still in plastic) game, we’ll have a nice basket for the auction. So far we have the game Clue.

• acting as a liaison between the PTO/Teachers and fellow third grade parents
• organizing class parties
• assisting in the classroom as needed
• notifying parents of upcoming events and recruiting volunteers within your class for various events (typically done effortlessly via email)
• participation in Teacher Appreciation Week
